Terms of Service

These terms cover botsbyamit.com, the Telegram bots listed on it (the “bots”) and any paid plans for them (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Nodeflow Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Using the bots

• You need a Telegram account and must meet Telegram's minimum age where you live.
• Use the bots only for lawful purposes. Don't send content you don't have the right to share, and don't use the bots to infringe anyone's copyright or privacy.
• Don't try to overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the bots, for example by automating requests to get around limits.
• We may limit, suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or Telegram's own terms.

2. Free use and paid plans

The bots are free to use within their limits. Some bots, such as OCR Bot, offer paid plans or credit packs with higher limits and extra features. What each plan includes and its price are shown in the bot before you pay.

• Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram.
• Card and UPI payments are made on our payment page at payment.botsbyamit.com and processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Plans run for the period shown at purchase. Unless a plan is set up to renew automatically, it simply ends; you'll get a reminder before it does.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you send to the bots. You give us permission to process it only so the bot can do what you asked. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

The bots run on Telegram and may use third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, text recognition or translation services) to answer you. Their availability is outside our control.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the bots running, but we can't promise they'll always be available, error-free or accurate. Results such as extracted text, translations or plant names can be wrong; check anything important. We may change, pause or retire a bot or feature. If we retire a paid feature while your plan is active, we'll offer a fair alternative or a pro-rated refund.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.

7. Intellectual property

The bots, this website and their content belong to us, except for third-party marks such as Telegram, which belong to their owners. botsbyamit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going anywhere else, please contact us so we can try to sort things out.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce meaningful changes in @botsbyamit. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
