Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use botsbyamit.com and the botsbyamit Telegram bots, and what we do with it. The Service is operated by Nodeflow Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India. The short version: we collect only what a bot needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Your Telegram profile basics: user id, first and last name, username and language, which Telegram shares with every bot you start.
• What you send a bot: photos, files, text or links. These are processed to give you an answer. They aren't used for anything else.
• Usage records: which features you used and when, so we can apply limits, fix problems and plan capacity.
• Settings and plans: your preferences, credits and any plan you bought.
• Payments: the plan, amount, currency and payment reference. Card and UPI details go straight to the payment provider; we never see or store them.

OCR Bot has its own, more detailed policy at ocr.botsbyamit.com/privacy. For example, it never stores your images, and it deletes extracted text after 7 days.

This website

botsbyamit.com is a static site. It doesn't use cookies, analytics trackers or ads. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser) to deliver and protect the site.

Who processes your data

• Telegram delivers messages and processes Telegram Stars payments.
• Cloud and API providers host the bots and, where needed, do the actual work, such as text recognition or translation. We send them only what's needed for your request.
• Payment providers process card and UPI payments on payment.botsbyamit.com under their own privacy policies.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Messages from us

Bots may occasionally send announcements, and some ask free users to join @botsbyamit. You can block a bot at any time to stop all messages from it.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as a bot needs it to work, or as long as the law requires (for example, payment records for accounting).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Some bots support /deletedata; otherwise, email botsbyamit@gmail.com or write in the support group with your Telegram username. Payment records we're required to keep are retained.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and announce it in @botsbyamit.
