Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you pay for. This policy covers paid plans and credit packs in botsbyamit's Telegram bots (such as OCR Bot Premium), whether you paid with Telegram Stars or by card or UPI on payment.botsbyamit.com.

7-day refund

If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Email botsbyamit@gmail.com with your Telegram username, the payment reference (shown in the bot's receipt) and a short reason.

• Approved card and UPI refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, back to the original payment method. Payment-provider transaction fees are deducted.
• Telegram Stars payments are refunded in Stars to your Telegram account.
• When a refund is issued, the plan or credits it paid for are removed.

Cancelling a plan

Plans that renew automatically can be cancelled at any time, from the bot or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Delivery

Plans and credits are digital and are added to your account in the bot automatically, usually within a minute of a successful payment. If they don't show up, contact us with your payment reference and we'll fix it.

Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund hasn't arrived in the expected time, first check with your bank or card issuer, as posting can take a few days. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll look into it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the date at the top of this page.
